THE 'DIVERSE LEARNING HUB'
The Library has been turned into a Diverse Learning Hub that will operate each Monday to Thursday.
During this time students will be working with teachers and School Support Officers. Students may be working individually or within small groups to support the achievement of individual learning goals.
We will also be offering specific programs such as MiniLit, MacqLit, MSL. We will also be offering Literacy and Numeracy intervention and extension, Enrichment groups, STEM groups, Social Skills programs and Wellbeing support.
SWIMMING CARNIVAL
What a great day we had at our swimming carnival on Wednesday at Western Suburbs Pool. Congratulations to all the students who competed in events. It was wonderful to see so many students trying their best as they participated in events. Thank you to all the staff and parents who took on officiating roles throughout the day. We certainly could not have run our carnival without your support. Congratulations to each student who participated in events to earn points towards thei house. The points tally for the day was:

A St Brigid's team will now be selected to participate in the South Coast Swim trials to be held on Tuesday 5 March 2024 at Corrimal Pool. Those students selected will receive a note next week outlining all the details.
DIOCESAN SPORTS TRIALS
We wish David M all the best as he participates in the Diocesan AFL trials next Tuesday 20 February 2024 and the Diocesan Cricket trials next Thursday 22 February 2024.

ST BRIGID'S LEARNING MERIT AWARDS

Students from Kinder to Year 6 will receive our Learning Pathways Award. This Award recognises students who show high engagement and motivation in their learning. They co-construct their learning tasks, demonstrating and use voice and choice to become self directed learners.
