Next week will be our last week for collecting data on trash free lunches. We will then tally the data for the term and announce the TRASH FREE TUESDAY CHAMPIONS. The Champions will be treated to a picnic lunch at the oval, sampling some fresh produce from the school garden and some free time.

Stay tuned for some exciting news for how we launch Waste free lunches next year.

Please read the following flyer for what constitutes a 'trash free' lunchbox. A rule of thumb is if its plastic and can be scrunched in your hand, it is 'trash'. If your family recycles plastic scrunchables (soft plastic recycling) then place the soft plastics back into your lunchbox to take home and make sure your SRC member knows this.

HO HO HO IT'S CHRISTMAS FUN DAY!

Get your Santa hats and reindeer antlers ready and dust off that Christmas outfit ready to celebrate Christmas!

Due to Level 3 restrictions, we are unable to have a Christmas concert, but rest assured, we will be celebrating the festive season on December 7, 2021 at the St Brigid's Christmas Fun Day.

On this day students can wear their most festive clothes and enjoy a day of Christmas cheer with a special order of pizza, an ice block and a candy cane for lunch, Christmas arts and crafts throughout the day, Christmas Carol playing, dancing, writing Santa letters, funny Christmas jokes and more.

Students only need to bring an item to donate to St Vincent De Paul on this day. Please see the REC section for what item your child can donate. We can't wait to share in the Christmas spirit!
